30 DAY RETURN WARRANTY

As a Baba’s members, you are entitled to enjoy 30 days anytime return warranty from Baba.

Damage Products/Wrong Products

If you received a damaged product or the wrong product was sent to you, you just need contact our customer service to get the full refund or exchange to the correct products.  All additional cost will be bear by Baba.

Return Products

If you change of mind of your purchased Baba products for any reason, do not worried, you can return anytime without a question. You only need to return in original packaging condition within 30 days of the invoice date on your order.  However, we hope that you are responsible for the cost of return shipment.

The process of return

The step of return products to Baba is simple, just to contact our customer service or e-mail to eshop@baba.com.my,  our representative will assist to ensure the progress complete smoothly.

Refunds Details

Refunds of the product's purchase price under Baba 30 Day Return Policy will be made by the original payment method. 

Credit Card, Debit Card and E-wallet

The original payment method is credit card, debit card and E-wallet refund will be made within 7 business days of receiving and approving your return. 

Online Banking (FPX)

If the original payment method is under online banking FPX, we require to have information of your ID to process the refund.  After processing your refund, you will receive a confirmation email with a refund receipt.
