Q1: How do I place an order?

Please follow these simple steps:

Q2: Will I receive any documents after placing an order?

Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email with order summary, after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

Q3: What should I do after confirmed payment?

Congratulation! You have done everything online and all that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.

In the meanwhile, you will be receiving a confirmation email with order number upon a successful transaction. You may also use the Order Number to track the progress of your order under My Account (top right corner), and as reference to our Customer Service Representative given if you have any further inquiries regarding your order.

Q4: How can I order without an account on Baba eShop?

You will need to sign up a Baba eShop account before making any purchases. Coupon codes only applicable if you are logged in to your Baba eShop account and we do not want you to miss out on our special discounts and promotions.

Q5: How to remove an item in your shopping cart?

In shopping cart page, edit the number to edit and update products quantity, either to add or remove order. 

Q6: If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?

When you added your desired item to the cart, it does not guarantee your booking of the item until you had made the payment. Therefore, your item still is subjected to change in stock, price and discounts rule.

Shipping

Q1: What are the shipping fees/rates?

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. It’s also based on your selected shipping option.

Note: Your shipping fee (if any) will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout that available in the Order Summary box.

Q2: How do I track my order status?

You can track your order through GDEX or Airpak tracking site depending on which courier service that we use for your order. You will receive an email indicating the consignment note number for your shipment

Q3: When will I receive my order?

For most cases, orders placed before 12.00pm Monday to Friday using our express shipping method will be processed within 1-2 business day.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email

After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

  • In Metro areas: 7 - 14 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
  • In Non-Metro areas: 10 - 20 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

Q4: Is there any domestic area Baba cannot deliver to?

We deliver to whole Malaysia which includes Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan!
PO box and Free Trade Zone is not covered at the moment.

Q5: Does Baba offer international shipments?
International shipment is not available at Baba at the moment.

Coupons

Q1: How do I use my coupon?

Coupons can only be used during checkout.

Q2: Can I use different coupons at the same time?

It is depending on the coupon code that you are getting. You may refer to the terms & condition for the particular coupon.

Q3: How long is my coupon valid?

It varies. The expiration date is always displayed on your coupons.

If you receive a coupon code via email, the expiry date of the coupons/ coupon codes will be indicated in the email.

Q4: Why do I get a message saying my coupon is invalid while trying to use it during checkout?

Each coupon may have different terms on minimum purchase and expiry period.

Please make sure your coupon is still valid and your order amount exceeds the minimum spend required.
